    Pack & Ship

    Fold your items, pop them back in the original packaging (or any box), attach the label, and drop at any USPS location. Free for all US orders 🆓

    Get Your Refund

    Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. You'll get an email confirmation ✉️

💳 Refunds go back to your original payment method (credit card / PayPal / Shop Pay, etc.)

🪡 Received a defective item? Email us within 7 days with photos. We'll cover all shipping and send a free replacement or full refund.

🎁 Gift returns? Gift recipients can return for store credit (never expires). You'll need the order number or gift receipt.

🌍 International returns? Customer covers return shipping. We recommend a trackable method. Refunds are issued in USD.
